Suiker Unie produces sugar pearls in various sizes. Sugar pearls are produced by moistening, compressing, drying, ripening and grinding granulated sugar. The mass obtained is sieved and polished into sugar pearls. Sugar pearls do not dissolve in dough and they add special flavours and structures to the end product. |
