No two grains of sugar are alike
Our ultra-modern sieving station can produce practically any sieve fraction. These always comply with the highest requirements for food safety and hygiene.
Thanks to our horizontal “absolute” sieves we can closely define the granule size of our sieved sugars, from extra coarse to micro fine, or rather from 0.2 to 1.8 millimetres. With these fractions we can make any composition and proportions required. This means that we can produce sugar with precisely those properties that your production process requires. For bakery products, for example, this means more control over the pouring properties and consequently more control over the volume, lightness and crispness of the products.
In addition, our sieved sugars are extremely suitable for dry mixing. Because the granule size of the sugar is accurately defined, the mixture remains homogenous and it does not separate. Moreover, the sieved sugars can be measured and added more precisely. Finally, the speed at which the sugar dissolves is easier to control.
